With Ben & Jerry’s we turned their summer ice cream corporate catering event program into a year-round profitable program. This involved a complete overhaul of their sales and marketing strategy. We created new online Social Media content, along with matching traditional print marketing materials. This involved a comprehensive Yelp, Facebook, and Google Local campaigns. We had a sales video produced, which was sent to potential customers and integrated with other online content. Simultaneously we implemented to manage their business sales process and Constant Contact for creative “front of mind” email promotion, customer loyalty, and front of mind marketing.


With City Solve Urban Race, Piedmont Avenue Consulting first focused on the remaking of its brand. This involved an extremely comprehensive review and implementation of Social Media strategies (Website, Facebook, Google, etc.) to increase their marketplace presence across the entire United States.

We then advised on hiring paid and non-paid interns along with technology solutions like Basecamp, Salesforce, and Google Applications for account team collaboration and cross-country expansion. We are continually advising them on their Social Media presence, event promotion, and corporate partnerships. We are also proud to be currently serving on the CitySolve Advisory Board.

With this solid foundation and ability to expand we are now advising on the revenue models for expanding the business into corporate team-building events.
