David Mitroff, Ph.D. is available as an expert witness or to be an expert consultant for law firms.

Dr. Mitroff has a background in and studied forensic psychology and worked in a consultative role with LexisNexis for six years with the top law firms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Piedmont Avenue Consulting, Inc. and David Mitroff, Ph.D. are also an approved California Continuing Legal Education MCLE provider and has been featured in California Lawyer Magazine on law firms and the cloud.

David Mitroff, Ph.D., consults with organizations, business owners and law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Dr. Mitroff has held numerous consultative sales and technology positions, along with co-founding three companies, covering diverse environments including technology, business, legal, financial, retail, restaurant, government, academic, and health care. While working with LexisNexis, David conducted CLE presentations, seminars, and other workshops at leading law firm’s throughout the West Coast. David is an active member, on the executive board, or advisory committees for several organizations. He continually collaborates with several consultant groups, merchant associations, and charities to best serve the community.

David is a sought after expert on a wide range of topics from social media to peak performance. Through his consulting, lectures, trainings, and keynotes David Mitroff, Ph.D. (www.DavidMitroff.com) has educated more than 15,000 business owners.

During the past 10 years, David has conducted over 300 Continuing Legal Education Workshops at Law Firms throughout California and can provide MCLE Credit to law firms on topics ranging from Creating Social Media Policies, Using Social Media Sources in Legal Research, and Reputation Management. David advised law firms on numerous topics when working with LexisNexis for six years. He advised on legal research, client development, practice management, and litigation service solutions with leading International, National, and Western Region large law firms predominately located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Dr. Mitroff also worked with juvenile, state and federal courts when working on his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on law and completed his Doctoral Psychology Internship with the United States Dept. of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons where he provided direct psychological services and conducted forensic psychological assessments for 500+ clients at the federal prison and federal jail. He was one of four people in the U.S. selected for this prestigious APA-approved doctoral internship program.
